The SmarTracks Sensor DX5.0 Timing is an extension for SmarTracks Mobile Sets. With the DX5.0 Timing Sensor you have the possibility to receive run data directly to your smartphone, including livestream timing results during the run.

SmarTracks Sensor: easy to use
With a SmarTracks Sensor DX5.0 Timing, you have the possibility to receive the running data quickly and easily on your mobile phone. The sensor is worn on the runner's back with a lightweight belt. The sensor captures time and step data and transmits it to the Smart Run app. 


Smart Run App: How it works


The DX5.0 Timing Sensor is used with the Smart Run App and SmarTracks Timing Gates (not included in the product) to receive data from individual runs on your smartphone. During the run you will receive the timing results via livestream, and after the run is completed you will receive all the run data.


Specifically, this means:

  1. Set up the Timing Gates at the start and end points and at any intermediate sections.
  2. Launch the Smart Run app and connect your DX5.0 sensor.
  3. Start a run in the app. Timing starts as soon as the athlete passes the first Timing Gate.
  4. You will receive the timing results via livestream.
  5. Stop the sensor with the app after passing the last Timing Gate. You will automatically receive all the run data. You can view the run data in the app or on SmarTracks Online.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
